I spent my Christmas in a hotel and the two things that I liked about it were the location and the services offered. The hotel was situated near a metro station and numerous restaurants that made it convenient to navigate around the city. The manager went out of his way to provide an iron that was not available in the room.
The hotel and room were overpriced for the quality provided. The television set-up box was faulty and when I reached out to the staff, they were uninterested in fixing it immediately.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent as it is close to the metro station and numerous restaurants. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The manager went out of his way to arrange an iron for me, which I appreciated. The cleanliness was also quite excellent.
